§ 2 Newsletter
If the user signs up for the newsletter of HumHub, HumHub will use the data provided by the user to send the newsletter. On the basis of the consent given by the user, the newsletter will be sent to the e-mail address submitted by the user. In this case, the e-mail address of the user is used for own advertising purposes of HumHub, until the user cancels subscription to the newsletter. The user can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by cancelling subscription to the newsletter.
§ 3 Usage and registration information
Usage and registration data will be collected, processed and used to the extent necessary for designing the website. User data and IP address will be registered with the date and time in log files and stored and used for the purpose of a statistical analysis of this website. Usage and registration data are only merged with personal data if this is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations or if the user has given his explicit consent.
